Online Courses:

 

Online courses are completely non-refundable & non- transferrable under any circumstances. For further assistance our Customer Service Specialists are ready to assist you—between 11 AM to 5 PM on Thursday & Friday.

Classroom Training:

Classroom programs are only refundable if refund request raised within 3 days of batch commencement. Once our course advances beyond 3 days, we won’t be able to refund any amount. Our Customer Service Specialists are ready to assist you—between 11 am to 5 pm on Thursday & Friday.

Texvyn Technologies, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, pandemic, political instability, etc.)

Refund Terms:

In case of admission cancellation before commencement of course:

100% Refund applicable [i.e. amount deposited in Texvyn Technologies current account against that admission]

In case of admission cancellation after commencement of course [Within 3 days]:

INR 3850 will be deducted as an administration cost from applicant fees & remaining amount will be refunded.
